The Republic - Manic Studios

Manic Studios

"MS". For some it's the acronym for a crippling illness, for others it's Manic Studios, a new media production house devoted to delivering the highest quality audio/visual moving picture talkies.

What started as one guy with a mobile phone video camera, a unicycle, two dozen snakes and a pending copyright infringement lawsuit from the creators of Jackass has quickly transformed into a professional production house - with desks and everything. We even have a fax machine, in case we need to communicate with anyone from the mid-1990s. Devoted to entertainment, you can watch Manic Studios content on all forms of new media technology - internet, DVD, television, mobile phones, Blackberries and even Halle Berries. It's more funny than you'll know what to do with.

Manic Studios developed and produced the Logie-nominated "Mr Firth Goes to Washington" for SBS in 2008 and 'WTF!' for the Nine Network in 2010.
